Before you are a Leader, Success is all about growing yourself,
When you become a Leader, Success is all about growing others.

Do more than agree...we must cooperate

Do more than talk....we must communicate

Do more than think....we must create

Do more than work....we must excel

Do more than consider....we must commit

Do more than help...we must serve

Do more than dream...we must do

Do more than read...we must apply

Do more than choose...we must focus

Do more than wish...we must believe

Do more than encourage...we must inspire

Do more than add...we must multiply

Do more than reach...we must stretch

Do more than exist...we must live!
